The Collective Dreaming mini workshop proposes a newer, deeper dive into collaborative approaches for artistic and cultural practice, with dance makers who have been dreaming big and living their dream. The day after the members of STEAM ROOM perform their scintillating dragON AKA PONY at the Bazaar Festival, they share their approach to collective authorship and best practices for navigating cultural support structures with the goal of fostering both togetherness and sustainability. Through practices such as co-dreaming and co-thinking, STEAM ROOM aims to engage participants and audiences in collective imagining.
